Need Help! 4th Axis problum in AJV

Dear Friends,

I have AJV with mazatrol 32, its 4thaxis drive was faulty and machine got NC alarm + Emergency stop and its nothing in working condition. So kindly tell me about any Parameters to completely disable 4th axis, by any hardware or software please.
