TESA Reflex MH3D controller Connected to Old Brown and Sharpe Microval 343

Hello, I bought an old machine Brown and Sharpe Microval 343, and I have a TESA Controller Reflex model MH3D, please some body know how I can Connect head-Readers to TESA MH3D controller, the controller MH3D have a D-Sub 44 pin female connector, in this port connect X Y Z axis, but I don't know the wire schematic of connections from Head-reader to Controller MH3D
