Hey everyone. I have been operating a Trumpf TruLaser 2030 for a couple months, so I am still new at it, but I keep getting an error code. The code is PLC(80.100110) NC Core Error. Does anyone have any idea of what this could be. The laser will run perfect, cutting identical parts within a sheet, but once it gets to the left upper segment of the sheet it will pop this code. Then I have to do a flexible entry to fix the problem. This seems to happen randomly but it always occurs at the upper left segment of the sheet. I made sure the height of the sheet and everything was ok, but it is still popping this code. Thanks I really appreciate it.
