I am looking to have 3 of the following item made:
The preferred material is HDPE, but some other affordable plastic would be acceptable as well.
The main sheet is 12 x 22 and 1 inch thick.
There are 5x .375 (= 3/8 tolerance + 0.005) through holes around the sides.
There are 200x 0.8" deep holes with 0.540" diameter (tolerance .005) that have a .125 holes in the center (+-0.005).
The tolarence for the bottom flatness of the holes is +- 0.02 and a slight chamfer is fine if this is easier for whatever reason.
This part will be used for the following, just so you have an understanding of what i'm trying to achieve here.
This will be a rack for a robotic filling machine. The holes will have tiny vials in them and the fixed X and Y position will allow the robot to know where these containers are. The tiny hole in the bottom is to prevent a vacuum from holding on to the vials when i pull them out. The 5 through holes around the sides allow me to position different racks in the exact same spot.
