syil x4 speedmaster config file

Hi everyone i have just bought a syil x4 speedmaster and the config file wont load I was told it might not be the one for this machine and so I tried it and guess what it didnt i have spent alweek end trying to download the file it is the 24000 rpm version can anyone help with a copy of the file please sorry if this is the wrong place but I have tried everything.
