Okuma LNC8 5020L Controller - Alarm P 65 SVP Start

Need help on "resetting." Checked the optical cable (it was bad). Still had issues. Switched out SVP board, still had issues. Following is the error/alarm message:

Alarm 65 SVP Start 100219D
