Wondering if anyone can help me. I am cutting 32mm MDF with a 1/4 inch router bit. The shank is 1/4 inch and the cutter length is 22mm. The shank is clearly rubbing against the edge of the stock. It is a brand new router bit. Should this be happening because the flute edges are getting worn and inturn reducing the cutter diameter? I have just had my spindle bearings replaced so it shouldn't have angthing to do with tool runout.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
