Engraving

I'm cutting some relatively fine text into a mold. The text stands out on the final part, so it's a pocket on the mold. I've been experimenting with the Engrave operation with a 60deg engrave bit. It works, but all the flats on the lettering are left uncut. It appears to only trace the profile. Is there any way to have it mill out the flat areas, too? (Like is does in V-Carve Pro?) Or do I have to use a different operation?
