Good afternoon to all of the forum,

This already appreciate the opportunity to be creating my first topic. Already some time since I have been studying the development of a cnc milling machine for me.

Already read many topics here on the forum and I think I already help in many ideas.

Now I will give a brief description of my idea and doque have at hand to develop:

1 - I have an electronic kit that I purchased a while back are 3 engines of 9.9 kgf and Cnc3ax kit and have tested the Mach3 and did run the engines lol

2 - I purchased a few days a tipper column profisional of Goodyear's launch and got a nice price for its power is 1500w (2 CV) and the manufacturer guarantees machining both in wood and metal as polymers, paid R $ 450,00 with freight if I'm not mistaken, I already have it good speed control himself and does not require inverter.

3 - This mill will ride to work mdf, polymers, aluminum and steel seldom 1020.

4 - The milling area will have a displacement of 300 x 300 x 300 boxy lol

5 - I am wanting to use guides for pillows blocks with 20mm and 18mm spindles with nuts polyacetal injected with bearings

6 - On the structure have not decided yet, or I will use 1020 steel plate 6mm aluminum or aluminum if you still do not know the thickness because I will do some testing, I know that more has to be thicker than the 1020 aluminum is good because it is lighter and does not rust.

7 - my biggest doubt is about the coupling of motors, MATE him straight to the spindle using a 1:1 ratio or use pulleys to increase or decrease the ratio? I think if I use pulleys to use a ratio to increase my torque already that my engine is 9.9 kgf

8 - Another doubt where I find the material to the table? I thought to use the same image more I found, I am accepting tips and opniões mesa.jpg

9 - Have a cyclone system to suck dust generated this already have a motor that will use it when performing the tests will take some pictures and post.

10 - It will have a lubrication system / tool refrigeration since the machine will machine metals.

11 - It will be closed with a polycarbonate hood to protect the operator (me lol)

Generally await the collaboration of forum users and accepted all opinions, tips and aids.

I saw recently the topic of cnc emernet our friend and he had the same idea of the table, if anyone knows what the solution was grateful because I did not see anything about it.

I'm preparing the router will soon post pictures
