Active probe cable wiring

As usual someone has a question that would be a quick and easy call to Tormach, but it's Saturday.

Does anyone know the pin out for the cable on a Tormach active digitizing probe? I know the pin out of the DIN connector, since it's in the book, but I need to know from the DIN connector on the cable to the small 4 pin connector on the other end.

I had an open in the cable and managed to break another wire getting the connector apart.
