Problem TNRC Strange Behavior

Hello all, thank you in advance for any help with my issue.

One of our machines is a Hardinge SP Quest CHNC 42 with 21i-TB FANUC controls. For context, we recently we've had issues with our collet pressure issuing a switch fault way above normal. As a possible remedy we tried uploading the default parameters as provided on cd with purchase of the machine. No machine backup was made on our part prior to this. That was unwise.

The issue I need help resolving now is with TNRC. I have become fairly familiar with programming TNRC and have had lots of success with it. Since loading the parameters it has been misbehaving and I can't resolve the issue.

Say I have a blank part that is Ø"1.0 and the face is ".750 from the collet. I want to face it clean and turn it down to Ø".900 and back Z-.5 with a .05R corner break using a ".015R nose insert. Here is a finishing sample program:

G0 X1.1 Z.1
G1 G41 Z0.0 F.003
X-.030
G42 X.800
G03 X.9 Z-.050 K-.05
G1 Z-.5
...

What I am experiencing is that the tool will reach ØX.800, then rapid to X.770, Z+.015 and complete the corner break from there, leaving a partial break on the physical part but facing and turning to the correct dimensions. I have noticed this unusual movement corresponds to the tool radius input on the geometry page. A .031R will move the tool X.738 Z.031 and complete the break from there. The sample is just to provide a basic idea, however we often experience parts with geometry that contain partial arcs into angles and such, so TNRC has been a great time saver.

I have never had issue with the tooling leaving a profile during normal finishing operations with TNRC until now. This happens with angle breaks as well. I have no problem if I manually program for insert compensation without TNRC. I have checked the Geometry, Wear, and Manual Guide i tooling pages and can find no reason for any conflicts so I assume it must be a parameter issue.

I have sifted through the parameter pages and can't find anything that seems related to TNRC functions, and I'm not about to take chances switching random 0's to 1's. Any thoughts are much appreciated.
