Problem Lancer 1250 Drawbar Solenoid Valve Sticking

Hello,

We purchased a few months back a Lancer 1250 circa 1995, 850SX control, and have had a consistent problem with the tool clamp/unclamp solenoid valve for the spindle. It will hang up the very first time every morning, then work fine with out incident the rest of the day. I replaced the valve with a new one and no change, so I went as far as changing the valve type from a solenoid actuated/spring return to solenoid actuated/solenoid actuated and it still hangs up on the first tool change of the day.

Any thoughts?
