Newbie Excitech import from China

Hello to anyone that can give some first hand feedback. I want to purchase an Excitech E5 cnc router direct from China. I have never set one of these machines up and have no practical cnc experience. I do have 15 years of Cadd experience and have been working for a while on VCarve to get my head around the software. I guess for starters I would like to know if purchasing direct is possible and if so can the initial installation be learned. That should get my first thread going.
