Need Help! Programming top and bottom of part using UCS

Hopefully Al Depaolo will see this. I was trying to create a mill program for a plate that has machining on both sides (top and bottom) Pockets and Profiles. When I set up a 2nd UCS how do I reset the Origin in the stock setup without it changing the 1st setup. I was hoping that Al could do a video and post it to youtube. I have tried to figure it out but I am stumped.
