Hello Forum,
I have a problem that is driving me crazy. I am running a homemade router using Parker Compumotor components. The machine has run fine for years until recently I had a hard drive crash. I decided to upgrade my version of Mach3 to the current. I went through the motor tuning steps (controllers set for 400 steps per) and steppers jog the DRO distances perfect, but when I load a G-code, the distances are way off. After I run the G-code, the jogged distances are off as well. I don't see anything unusual in the g-code. I have run new g-code as well as old proven code with the same results. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
