Need Help! MITSUBISHI, MELDAS 500, TYPE FCA-520 AMR

I have a VMC 1050 with MITSUBISHI, MELDAS 500, TYPE FCA-520 AMR,
i lost the parameters and i tried to copy the back-up on the machine
after that i got this allarm and i can not start the machine for working.

if anyone met this error please let me know what to check or what to change
i am guessing that the eprom is faulty and when i do the special procedure for read from eprom ,the data is altered.
