Hello,
I am new to CNC, So new I don't have any yet.
I have owned a Gorton and a Bridgeport vertical mills. The Bridgeport had DRO.
Now I have worked my way up to a Harbor Freight mini-mill. All this because of the transportation problems when I moved.
I wouldn't dare call myself a Machinist, not even close!
I am seriously thinking of converting the Mini Mill to CNC, if I can find the proper parts in the used market, at the right deal. Other wise I will turn cranks. I don't want to put earings on a pig.
That's why I am here; to learn from the Masters.
