lookig for quiet blower that does the job for decent $ for Red Sail x700 laser cutter

Im looking for a good quiet blower that does the job for a decent price for my Red Sail X700 laser cutter. I live in a residential area and once in awhile will cut acrylic. I just dont want to bother my neighbors. Any suggestions?
