4 Axis CNC for Wood Project??

Looking for a machine to prototype and low volume production of wooden sunglasses similar to the one in the pic below.

I also want to create a more detailed version from wood like the sample below minus the side windows.

I assume I would need a 4 axis machine to create these parts? Would love some feedback on the most affordable machine to get the job done. Would also like aluminum capability for other projects.
