Need a Location

So I started a small business manufacturing small parts for Subaru's. Most parts are aluminum and very easy to produce. Issue is I am manufacturing them right now at my school since I have the machines available, I do however purchase all my own material, tooling, fixturing, calculate hourly rates, etc.

I have been pricing out a Tormach 1100 PCNC and so far the basic package is looking to cost me $12,000.

Well tonight I ran into an old friend who works for a local machine shop. He tells me there is an old Smithy 1240 CNC that he used to use till he convinced the shop an upgrade would be cost effective. To put it simple, they are selling this thing for $1500...yes $1,500. It is a 2008 Smithy 1240. That is the machine, stand, 4th axis, coolant system, quick change tooling, computer system. Everything minus some basic tooling and programs. How can I pass this up?!

So the issue comes down to location. I am up here at school and don't have a place to put this machine. I could put it back home but I want to use it while i spend 9 months out of the year at school.

What are some places to look into for locations?

I've thought about storage places but can't imagine those having electric, someone's garage might lead to some legal battle and me loosing the machine.
So what could I do? I'm located in Pennsylvania.
