1. The base - .25 thick 7x7 square with 2 holes cutout. I would like to do this in some type of black plastic. I am not overally concerned what is used. The item will be a shelf for lightweight components in an engine bay. One thing to note is that there are 2 10cm thick pieces on the bottom. The exact size is not critical and they can be glued on. I just need the .5 hole to go through the main 7x7 piece and the 10cm piece. Basically the left most hole is being bolted to something that is 10cm higher than the .5 hole. The 2 pieces on the bottom are just there to level everything out. If you look at the base-bottom drawing you will get a good idea of the relative size and positioning.
2. The second item is the top piece. Again it needs to be .25 thick and the same black material. Nothing else to note other than the angled edges. It is 9x7
3. The Legs I need 2 sets of these, so 4 legs total. I am not overly concerned with the material used. They need to be extruded 1. If 1 of the black plastic is not practical we can do any other material as long as it is metal or plastic. The only other thing to note is that there is a slight angle to the top of the pieces. The legs-right drawing shows this.
I drew everything in solidworks, if there is a better format I can provide let me know. Please let me know the price and turnaround time if you are interested.
