Need Help! Fanuc 18T

Dear Sir

We have got a machine with Fanuc 18T .

Automatically screen changes to System Monitor Main Menu, even if v press END, again screen changes to
System Monitor Main Menu

We have switched off and on the machine still screen changes to System Monitor Main Menu

None of the softkeys below LCD r found stuck

Please advice
