Newbie ZTW 12x12 3D F8 Cracked Piece

Hi all,

I'm newbie and I just bought last week a Zen Toolworks CNC DIY KIT 12x12 3D (F8 Version) PACKAGE.

Yesterday I start the day putting all together but for my mistake I just crack the PIECE 6 when I fitted the linear bush.

Already try to contact ZTW support to see if is possible send me a new one but don't know yet the answer and date...

Very frustrating being stopped by this...To much press on the piece and puff...

Any opinion how to deal with the cracked piece? It's hard to talk with ZTW team, they take some time to reply sometimes...
