I'm running a Haas VF2, small air dryer, Polar Air Compressor and a American Rotary phase converter. My problem is when the air compressor kicks on and the CNC is ramping the spindle rpms or any hi power draw situation the Early Power Failure Detection option shuts the machine down and I have to reboot. This happens a dozen times a day or more when doing production stuff. Needless to say it's driving me a tad crazy. Is there any solution? Is there a way to turn off the power failure option?
This is also a big hassle when I have long programs that don't need machine baby sitting.
I turn off all unnecessary electrical devices, lights, fans, coolers, I don't even turn on shop lights, any ideas?
