Unmanaged tool crib stocking problems, overload of new unused tooling

Recently myself and some "new" management made a decision that we need to clean up our tool crib of excess unused possibly obsolete tooling. We got in this situation by years of stocking new items and not using up the old before using the new. We shouldn't be in this situation but anyway that problem is fixed now. What we are left with is all these tools (my guess is up to or possibly around $50G's) and not necessarily a place to use them. There is plenty we can apply to parts we still run and can have our tool and die department use this but there is just so much stuff, and I mean EVERYTHING. My question i guess would be is there a good place to sell (other than ebay) or any ideas on what to do with all those dollars worth of tooling?
