Hi CNCZone,
We use a Haas VF-6 mill at work, previously no problems at all on windows xp x86. We've recently had to upgrade our PCs to windows 7 x64. NCLink is what we use to transfer the patterns to the mill. Have got it installed and running on windows 7 x64 (by decompressing the installation .exe first) and all looked like it was going to work, however nothing is being transferred. Have checked all COM port settings are the same as on the previous machine, NCLink dialog box says "Ready to send" and streams the data but nothing is arriving at the mill. Has anyone had any success running NCLink on Windows 7 x64?
Have also tried running in Virtual XP mode with no success.
Any usggestions apprreciated!
thank-you
