Newbie question

I've read all I can find about Bolton tools, is there anyone who has their CNC lathe that might offer some insight as to why it is so much cheaper than all of the others out there? Here is the one I've looked at. I need to make small (3/4") threaded male/female parts out of steel, stainless, brass, silver, titanium. Will this machine do it?
