Need .016-.019 snap ring groove in 3 pcs

I have 3 pump shafts that need a snap ring groove that I cannot do on my current machine.
The material is .125 diameter 6AL4V. I have faced and chamfered the ends already. I can provide the 3 snap rings (more of a c clip).
I am flexible on the .103 diameter so long as the snap ring isn't all loosey goosey.

I would be shipping it out taped to a piece of cardboard in a standard envelope.
