Need Help! Will this CNC do the job? - cue making

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this scene and don't know much. I would like to get into making pool/billiard cues and would like to know if this K2 CNC will do a decent job at it. The claimed repeatability and accuracy seem to be acceptable. I will assume these specs below mean more to experienced users than to me. Also, I assume I may need more bits and such, I'm mainly interested in the quality/ability of the CNC, Lathe and Spindle to get me going on making cues. Help would be appreciated, especially in a way I could understand.

thanks
nate,
