Need Help! Retrofit Question

Hi we want to retrofit an 3 Axis CNC Mill
Which has now 3000rpm 3nm 1000W Analog Servos ,

We found machmotion selling kits for that purpose my question (want to use Linux for the ATC ,.. ) does someone have an hint which combination of controller and servos did work for him ?
Because we are not sure if it is worth spending 8k USD for that only in material.
And 2nd question does someone have experience in using the analogue (sam) Servos ?
Which might be good for another 5 years ? and we change then when they break ,..

So any hint welcome
otherwise we can do it with steppers doing 420mm/Min ;)-
