I had a minor issue with reposting jobs that I either was not quite done with, before I updated to 996, and a job I reposted , the post was adding the raw stock dimensions to my post, meaning, if I have 1.5 long by 1.5 wide stock and the part is supposed to be 1.375 by 1.375 , in my machine setup 2 or 3 or 4, it was adding .0625 to my clearance plane, and my rapid plane, so a rapid plane set at .1 was at .1625. I noticed it cause I had a 3d advanced rough that I set to .05 step downs, and this part actually had a .100 extra stock per edge, and it took 6 passes till it started cutting. sean d at bobcad found that if you move the drawing to a new file , as in edit copy, edit paste, then save all your tool features and load them into the new file, it mostly goes away, the clearance plane keeps the additional stock for some reason. so if you repost jobs, be aware.
