Laser cut clear acrylic 1/2" thick

Looking for a shop with Co2 laser powerful enough to accurately cut some 1/2" clear acrylic gauges and do some engraving on them. Clear edges preferred and no scratches on the flats other than the engraving itself. Parts must be a slip fit in a provided sample plate, but not so loose that they can rattle around too much. Will provide files on request to shops with the right capability. Qty will be 100 at a time, will need a sample for approval if can find decent pricing.
