We have Many WT-150s in our shop hooked up to an automated line. Issue is that we are starting to have an issue where if you are cutting on both spindles you make waves on the cuts. I am now having to stop the opposite spindle while doing finish cuts which of course kind of takes away from the purpose of having two spindles. The problem seems to be be severe on certain machines then others. The spindles run anywhere from 2000 to 3500 rpm.
