Need Help! Some Surface Toolpath Suggestions

Hello,
I'm cutting some surface shape on Haas VF-3 and I need some help.
Up until now I haven't cut surfaces and after a few tries, the Surface Rough/Finish Parallel seems to fit the bill.
However I'd like to know the best surface rough and finish method for my application.

Even though I put Surface Rough/Finish Parallel...and it looks fine(to me:)),
how would you do this if you were to do this?

Any suggestion will mean to me a lot!
