HELP, will pay good money to software config for plasma table

My husband bought a plasma table from some shadey guys in CA. Needless to say, come to find out the Mach 3 program they had installed on the computer was a pirated version. So, we purchased a full licensed version of the Mach 3, but now, getting everything set up is another problem. My husband is a welder, can hardly get the laptop he has at home to run right. So, the problem we are having is he cant get everything to work right. HELP!!!!!!!!!! I am going insane, he is about to trash the table, when all it is is user problems. Will pay good money for travel expensed if there is someone in the Nebraska area to come down and help set the software up to work on his table.
