Another question from the greenhorn

If you read my other posts your aware that I am trying get a '96 cinci lancer 200 with acromatic 2100 control working. Well amongdt all the alarms anf mechanisms moving when they should not. I received an error that my Y drive had gone into Foldback, as I understand it it drew too many amps in a 2 second position. I pretty sure because the back way covers in Y are so dirty it hung up.
Could't clean back there e till I moved table out now nice and shiny. But what is fooldbacK Kollmorgan drive.
