Need Help! Gecko 320x with PMDX-126 issue on a new setup

Well, I am trying to get the new build moving and I'm not sure what is wrong. I am using Gecko 320x drivers with a PMDX-126 breakout board to drive Keling KL34-180-72 DC Servos with CUI AMT102-V encoders.

The drivers do not show any faults neither does Mach3 or the PMDX-126. I can jog the axis in Mach and both the PMDX-126 and the 320x drives show signal being received but no movement at the servos. I can rotate the servos manually and the drives see the rotation from the encoders. But none of the servos are powered on or holding their position.

So the question is why are the Gecko 320x drives not sending power to the servos? Same results when using the test modes on the PMDX-126.

The encoders are set to 2048 resolution, the Gecko drives are set back to the factory defaults. I have 14ga wire from the power supply to the driver and 16ga from driver to servo. Encoders are all wired with 24ga, not that they are an issue since they seem to be working.

Any thoughts or ideas would be great!
