3d piping designer by trade

i am looking at making some small custom aluminum parts for a 1:10 and 1/16 scale rc car 100+ mph how much would this be to have made if i supply the 3d model i will be using autodesk... autocad 2012 to design the parts.

the parts are about 2" x 3-4" in size. A-arms bumpers fins wind dams. ect.... how much am i looking at having these made? If it draws attention i would look at having these mass produced and we could work out the details later profit sharring... ect...

Please advise. I dont know if this would even be an option.

Startup cost... ect...
I have looked online at several online custom parts and the startup is just wayyyyyy tooo high.. or if you know a place online that is not 2-3 grand for once little part......

I can also return the favor with come cad. i have 15+ years exp in 3d modeling cadworx autocad ect...

What file type would you need? STL or just the dwg?
