Multicam 3000 "Communication error detected"

Hello,

i am running a Multicam 3000 (with I-cut), we had our local tech in (Multicam west) just to meet and get a few questions answered there was nothing wrong with the router, for some reason this turned into him reloading our drivers, he left, then we started getting "communuication error detected" this would happen as we would cut a small letter out as it lifted up. when you hit cancel it goes away and will cut the next peice. as soon as its done with that peice it errors again but this time when you his cancel it gives you the x and y axis locations. X is blank, y has the location.

any suggestions? i cannot get multicam west to return my phone calls or even acknoledge we exist anymore..
