Jogging Motion Master SB-480 w/ Fagor 8050

I just purchased a Motion Master SB-480 with a Fagor 8050 control. I am having trouble manually jogging the axises. Not sure if I am doing it wrong or something is broken. From the main menu I press F4 to get to the jog screen, turn the selector switch to 10 in the jog section then hold one of the jog keys, "+Z" for example. I hear a beep and the Z DRO is highlighted on the screen. Not sure if I am doing this wrong but that is how I read it in the manual.

I know the servo motors have power to them because when I have the power off or when the e-stop is activated I can move the axises by hand but not when the power is on.

I went to the diagnostic screen and under "hardware test" it says Axis O.K.

How would I go about diagnosing this?
