Hello and thanks to all those who have posted here in the past as I have been reading these posts for a while now.
On to my issue
I have a M-39 control centroid machine. It si a 3 axis Bridgeport mill. I am getting a X-axis fault (#2) error immediately followed by a cleared message. This happens once the end mill started to get to cutting. The vibrations is what I suspect is making fault.
I found a site and indicted I needed to clean some of the collections on the servo board and did that with the contact cleaner and it didn't help.
I also took apart the x-axis switch and even wired it to remain cleared if it were a bad switch. Still faulted.
I don't know what to do now? HELP?
