Help with Loft boos/base

Hello everybody! I NEED HELP!
I got a task to create a fish, and i have never before made such complex object. I tried using multiple planes and curves to make lofted object, BUT i am doing wrong, and for last 4 days i can't find where or what i did wrong...
PLEASE HELP cos i am going to loose my mind over this...

Fish should look something like this:

This are sketch reference images that i used to create guiding curves. Each square on image is 1x1mm. Fish is around 77mm long...
