Help,
I have started running thread mills and have had very good results. My problem is when I try to run them on my big Matsurra I keep getting a invalid plane error when it gets to the helical interpolation. It is a Matsurra 2000 with a fanuc 11 control.
I generated the program with Vardex thread mill generator and they run perfect on my 3 other mills. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
The program is something like this
