Jerry Zhang failed to deliver the goods as stated in the invoice.
He now ignores e-mail and telephone calls and avoids communicating with the China purchasing agent.
On a second occasion the China purchasing agent visited his place of business to discuss the order delivery and he was escorted off the premises for trespassing.
He has sold equipment not suitable for use or failed to deliver any equipment to many people who have complained here and it is amazing that the Jinan local law enforcement agencies are unable (or unwilling) to take any actions to prevent him from perpetrating his fraudulent activities.
