Arrow 750 dead with end mill buried in pocket

Cincinnati Arrow 750 with Acramatic 2100 control. Machine stopped while circular interpolating hole. End mill is down
inside pocket. How do I raise the head with power off? Can I bypass the 'home' position if I restart and just raise the head?
