Newbie Need help with downloading programs

Hi I have a bridgeport series II r2e4. I am trying to send programs to it from predator that I got with my bob cam software. I was wondering if anyone knows what I have to do to dnc link the program and run it. I have never ran a program on the machine I have all everything setup as far as xyz 0's I just need the program to run it. I have the cable in port B running to my laptop with a rs232 to usb adapter. I did change my comm port to comm port 5 for the usb setup in predator. I really just would like to know a step by step on how to download a program I'm completely new to this machine.
