Need Help! heidenhain parameter export

HI all, I am going through the process of backing up the parameters of all the machines in our shop, and not being a heidenhain guru, I am having trouble with these machines. The first one I have tackled is, I believe, a TNC360. I have opened the parameters but when I tried to copy them to a folder on our network it says "access denied". I assumed the 95148 code was to unlock access, any help with this would be appreciated.
