King KSC-R8-15 Collet Set

Hi Everyone;

New to this world of machining and would like an opinion on what this product actually is. :confused:

My mill has a R8 spindal taper so I thought that the KSC-R8-15 set woukd be perfect. The description of this set is very vague. I think its actually a R8 taper tool holder that uses ER-40 collets. Is that what you guys would guess it to be? The collets don't look like R8 collets in the picture.
