NOGA mist cool, Indicator bases

I've found a surplus spot that's selling NOGA mist coolers and indicator magnetic bases. Prices look to be around 10-20% lower than retail. I've got one of the mist coolers, appears to be new-in-box. I'm told he only has dual units now. Operator is a small salvage business in Tn.
