I’ve just wired up 1 axis on my cnc machine, and I can’t get the motor to work!

I’m using the following components & Settings:

CW5045 Stepper Driver
ZP5A INT Breakout board
3.1Nm Stepper motor (wired Bipolar parallel)
36v Power supply

my wiring config from breakout board to stepper driver is:
Step to Pul+ (Pin 2)
Dir to Dir+ (Pin 14)
Enable to ENA+ (Pin 1)
Ground to ENA- Dir- Pul-

Stepper driver set to:
4.2A, Half current, 10 Microsteps

Mach3 config, Pins & ports set to

Step pin: 2
Dir pin: 14
Port: 1

Voltage checked:

36v going to GRD– V+
5v to breakout board
Voltage between Dir+ Dir- is: 4v when feeding one way 0v when feeding other
There is no power between A+ & A- B+ & B- When feeding?

Also the axis function LEDs are working on the breakout board when feeding

Can anyone help me?????
